Are you generally refering to the Pre-Feb. 27, 2008 cases?

I know of many under this category of Pre-Feb. 27, 2008 & I am one of such, but I have not heard nor known anyone whose case has been rejected or refund of Processing/RPRF made.

I have been very much concerned of recent about this unending waiting for either Processing of the backlog cases or the purported refund of Processing fees that have generated very concern.

Do you know of anyone under the FSW category whose case has been rejected with a refund?

Just a Suggestion ,If possible apply again.Don't waste your time.People who applied later than you have got PR and you are still waiting.If your NOC is still then apply who knows you might get through in 1 .5 to 2 years.Waiting since 2004 ,it is a long long time.

Dear Friends,

I am in the same boat. I am Nov 2007 FSW applicant and sent all my original documents in May 2011.but still there is no new from VO that what happened to my case. however, some of the old pre Feb-2008 applicants have received fee return-letters. my e-case shows just name and address.

seniors please give your comments.
