Background: I'm an employer in the process of hiring a caregiver who is in the philippines. We passed the whole application online last December 2013. My employee got an email from the manila visa office last march 12, 2014 asking for 3 things - Need to schedule a speak test and fill out additional form for LCP, need to schedule a medical exam, and the last one for me (employer) to submit additional documents.
It specifically says in the email that i can just scan the documents and email them to the office. I did that, and after 2 mins i got 2 emails back to back.
The first one stating that:
"We confirm receipt of your email to the Manila Visa Office.
We will review your message shortly and if you do not receive a reply within our service standards (28 days), this means that the information requested is available on our websites www.manila.gc.ca and www.cic.gc.ca, or your application is still within processing times.
*** Please do not reply to this computer-generated message ***"
The second email states:
"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."
-----------------------
So now my question is - did anybody have the same experience before? Did they actually receive it? What should I do next? I called CIC and they said contact the visa office in manila. So I called the visa office in manila and they said they can't give me any answers as the immigration department there does not take any calls...WTF.
If anybody has any experience with this, please share; I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
