anybody can guide on status update to CHC

my case is in CHC delhi.i have shown experience of the job i was currently working.
but after the medicals i quit job.
do i need to update this info to chc or do dis matter at all after the medicals?
my med done in oct 2010 and still waiting for visa,,
please guide

As fer I know, your background is checked before medical request.
So, no need to update .
