I submitted a paper application for TRV and I was received yesterday the email below:

Dear Applicant,

We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 09 Mar 2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

And they mentioned at the last of the above message that I can track my status of my application through the CVAC website. When I check the status through CVAC web site I saw the same message exist and it still until today not updated?

I need to ask why they post my request to the CVAC? Is this message mean the decision of Approval/Rejection is made or not yet?

Knowing that I not yet give my original passport with my paper application?

I already applied through VFS then while I tracking my case status they send it to visa office it took nearly 25 days processed then the status updated as my message above? so anybody tell me do I need to wait more for the decision and they will email me soon about it or no?

Hi! You still have your passport with you? As far as I know when you apply at VFS you should submit all your documents including your passport. In the PH, when you missed one of the documents they will not accept. They tells their applicant that it will just delay you application.

When i submitted my paper application at CVAC they told me I have the choice either to give my passport or keep it until the request approved then they will send me an email to request the passport but until the moment they never send me anything just they wrote in tracking website the message " Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 09 Mar 2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre".

I call CVAC but they said that my application not received yet? I do not know why they send me this message from VISA office and set the tracking status as "processed passport dispatched............etc"? I am really confused about it? May somebody tell me what the problem?

Did they give an official receipt? In that receipt, you will see your reference or tracking number. This is your only proof that you've submitted your application with them.

Did you mean an official receipt at the first time I give them the application? if you mean this yes and they send me an email when I submitted my application as below:

We would like to inform you that your application has been processed in our office on 07 Feb 2016
You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number.
Tracking Number:#############

And I was track my application through their website and here is the time line for it:

Your application tracking ID No. ############ has been collected at CVAC at 07-Feb-2016
Your application tracking ID No. ############ is forwarded to CANADA Visa Office at 11-Feb-2016
Your application tracking ID No. ############ is being processed at the CANADA visa Office at 13-Feb-2016
Visa application, tracking ID No.############# – Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office on 09/03/2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website

Did they give an official receipt? In that receipt, you will see your reference or tracking number. This is your only proof that you've submitted your application with them.
