Why VO asked for entire job period payslips?Anybody have any idea plz share here............................

I am also asked the same to bring all the pay stuffs and called for the interview in Detroit. All I can say is God help us and clear this phase. Anybody has Detroit interview experience regarding the employment, please share here.
 
VO asked me to submit all payslips and bank statement entire period employment.I have big problem employer giving wages by cash with payslips.But 7 years payslips all together more than 300's.Also bank statement not showing that money always deposit by cash.So what will be happened??Anybody faced that problem plz share with us.

I think it's one requirement when u cant provide a certificate of employment, that is to prove authenticity of your employment experience.

My old company closed down and good thing I still had some of my payslips so I sent it with my application and explanation and they didnt ask for it anymore.

Are they asking you paystubs for your entire employment? Hhmmm
 
AuBreyville,yes VO asked for entire employment payslips!!!!if I send P60 I think it will be ok or not?but asked also P60's?
 
Are you still connected with that company? Or is it possible for you to contact them?
 
I have also been asked for the entire pay stuff of 4 years. But the problem is in my country, they pay in cash the entire salary. I requested for the letter from my employer that they have paid me the salary in cash. Will that be suffice or do i have to request for additional documentation to VO.
 
Im a newbie and no expert really but I think you need to write an explanation if you cant provide them with docs they require.

But exert best efforts first, your employer can help you maybe.
 
myconsultNT REQUIRED ME TO PROVIDE PAY STUBS AS WELL BUT IT WASNT COMPLETE. IT WAS LIKE 60% OF MY OLD PAY STUBS BUT MY CONSULTANT NEEDED IT TO JUSTIFY MY DOUBLE JOB WORKING 16 HOURS. I WAITED FOR 24 MONTHS TILL THERE WAS MOVEMENT IN MY APPLICATION. SO FAR THEY REQUESTED ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT WHICH WAS MY UPDATED BANK STATEMENT. I HOPE THEY WONT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE OTHERWISE THEY COULD HAVE ASKED ALL TOGETHER. AM I RIGHT?
 
There might be some complication in your application regarding your job.

I have never attached payslip and only Experience Certificate for respective jobs.

which is ur VO?

I have been asked for the income tax papers and banks statements showing my salary, but the same thing it was paid by cash. So i have submitted Income tax papers, form 16 and declaration from the company stating that the salary was paid by cash.

I don't know my chances............

time will tell me

All seniors,I aslo spoke to my employer for giving me explanation for cash salary.He agreed to provide but I will send payslips as well I have few payslips.other think I have to write my cover letter Plz help me anybody.
