anybody applying for OOPNP who had applied for another province PNP in past?

hello friends, I am applying under OOPNP . ....i had previously applied for MPNP in 2011 with refusal due to my strong ties to Ontario......
in the forms for OOPNP they specifically ask for previous applications to other provinces.....
do u guys think it will make major impact on their decision if we had applied for some other province in past.....
ur thoughts please if anybody is in same boat.

I have applied to AINP last year & withdrawn it but I declared it in my application with a reason stating that I was not interted to live in ALberta .

At the end of the checklist it says MCIT can contact other governments to check authenticity , If you get caught it will be big issue later .
