worried about getting edu. loan against agriculture property for one year PG certificate .

where is your Agri Land located, there are many banks which give loan on Agro land as well, whats ur profile ????

Hi,

1. In India, loan against agricultural land is for sure subject to ownership + valuation.

2. *It's NOT CONFIRMED*, generally, maximum loan approval against agricultural land (without valuation report) is around Rs. 2 lacs and the maximum depends on the market valuation report (much better if it's a declared Non-Agricultural Land).

is educational loan against agricultural land sure?
Maximum loan 2 lakh per acre( one killa in punjab ) or total.
for 11 lakh loan, how many acre need to show, and how much valuation is considered by bank for one acre?
I think one acre is considered of value 1 to 2 lakh in valuation.
so, for 11 lakh loan, minimum 6 acre must be as collateral.
Is it good to apply online for education loan or not?

Hi guyz me 2 gnna apply fr Sept intake fr PGDM in IBM still confused abt colleges still nt yet decided confused between cols lyk..georgian, sheridian and centennial.

I really dnt knw which one might be my best option and am looking frward fr george brown too...

There is an education fair organised by IDP, u can go nd meet College Reps there and get on spot offers !!! its in Delhi i believe on 7th April !!!
