I am also waiting for this ans. Do you know what is current processing time in India under new rule?

I will apply my application under FSW1 very soon...I am assuming that you have applied under FSW1 from India...

I am afraid, if this new rule will take another 5-7 years...

no one knows the timelines with the new rules, but it shouldn't hopefully take 5 to 7 years. If it does, then studying in Canada would be a faster option.
