Sorry the picture was not complete. Which one do you mean. They have currently selected the one which is selected below. Assuming that they are applying shouldn't it be the one where they say they will be visiting the non=dependent child.

Hi. One more question. My father created an account and filled his details. Now he is adding a family member(my mother) in the application.
In this case do we need to fill the representative form since my mother is being added in the same app?
