Any way for foreign worker's spouse to divorce and marry another foreign worker?

We have rather a complex situation here. There is a couple in Ontario. Husband is on his work permit and his spouse arrived to Canada with him and has her open work permit valid for Ontario. However she felt in love with another man and can no longer live with her husband.

Her husband plans to go through federal skilled worker immigration program later this year.

That lucky second man is living in British Columbia and he is on a work permit, too with a BC Provincial Nominee Program application in progress (so he might become a Permanent Resident with a year or so).

Divorce is never easy, especially in these circumstances. Does anyone have any idea how these two loving persons can live together in British Columbia — as far as I can understand once she is divorced she have to leave Canada — or is there anyway to prevent that? May be not right away, later — but not too late — they probably won't be able to handle couple of years without each other.

And by the way, is there any way for a frustrated "betrayed" husband to let authorities deport his spouse?

Peace,
P.

In this case, there is a question if the former husband can go to immigration and say that he is now divorced from his wife and wants her work permit nullified since they are no longer married. I don't know if immigration would do it or if they would say her work permit stays as long as it's valid but will not be renewed based on not being married to him anymore. I have never heard of such a case. That said, if she then married another foreign worker, she could apply for open work permit as his spouse.

hi
i am Carl
The spouse of partner 1 is here as a dependent so she is under terms and conditions of the principal applicant
If the parties are legally separated the spouse then no longer has status in Canada .
She will have to apply for change of terms and conditions within Canada ) can go on a temporary resident visa ) while she establish her new relationship and the "new" partner appies to also modify terms and condiitons on his records putting her under his application as a dependent partner.
It is best she leaves Canada and apply from out side as the period of changing status will be difficult unless she get divorced and remarry whilst under a temporary status
Thank you
