We have rather a complex situation here. There is a couple in Ontario. Husband is on his work permit and his spouse arrived to Canada with him and has her open work permit valid for Ontario. However she felt in love with another man and can no longer live with her husband.
Her husband plans to go through federal skilled worker immigration program later this year.
That lucky second man is living in British Columbia and he is on a work permit, too with a BC Provincial Nominee Program application in progress (so he might become a Permanent Resident with a year or so).
Divorce is never easy, especially in these circumstances. Does anyone have any idea how these two loving persons can live together in British Columbia — as far as I can understand once she is divorced she have to leave Canada — or is there anyway to prevent that? May be not right away, later — but not too late — they probably won't be able to handle couple of years without each other.
And by the way, is there any way for a frustrated "betrayed" husband to let authorities deport his spouse?
Peace,
P.
