Any waiting period to apply for multiple entry visitor visa

Hi All,
I am under impression that I need to wait sometime to apply for another visa most probably multiple entry visitor visa after receiving single entry visa. Could anyone please help me understand if I can apply for another one?

I recently got single entry visitor visa just a month ago and visited Canada and came back. I would now like to apply for multiple entry visa, can I proceed now, or wait for sometime? If to wait, how long?

It was 14 business days and in Detroit.

I don't think there is any waiting period to apply for a second visa. you can apply for a multiple entry visa second time. Make sure your single entry visa is expired before you apply for a multiple one. Just to be on the safe side.
