My bio valid 2027 but passport will expire 2022 so my canadian visa also till 2022 but usa visa is till 2023 even my passport will expire 2022

Actually my query is a bit longer that is why I requested for your contact info you but anyways its fine.

I want to apply for the visit visa of my mother in law. I am the invitee.

When we fill up the questionnaire it asks Do you have a FAMILY MEMBER who is Canadian citizen or PR? when we look up the definition of FAMILY MEMBER it says " An applicant's closest relatives, in the context of an application to IRCC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children."

Now since there is nothing about In-laws, what should I select for family member question YES or NO?

Then again it asks How are you related to your family member? on scrolling down for options there is no option for In laws so can i select other?

Also Let me know if my wife can invite her mother,? (my wife does not work and she is a housewife). If yes then problem resolves on it own.

Sorry for long question but it is confusing me a lot since its my first time. your help would be really good for me.

want to apply visit visa for my sister. I looked through the application process and there are only few fields to upload document in online application. e.g in Financial information she can provide her bank statements, her husband's job letter, her marriage certificate, her property documents etc but there is only one upload option. Should she combine all these documents in one PDF and upload them in proof of funds? Also, does she need to upload the family tree/FRC to prove the relationship and if yes, where you upload that document

Congrats! Did you withdraw the 1st application yourself or did IRCC withdraw it? I applied for my parents through GCkey in February and reapplied through the portal on November 6th. Both applications are in the reviewing eligibility stage so was wondering if I should withdraw the GCkey application. TIA

I withdrew the application myself . I applied through consultant he received the letter i didn't ask when the application was withdrew

I applied for a visitors visa for my mom. I've just received an email from IRCC, that decision has been made and they require applicant's passport. I don't understand how to submit the passport to the Visa office. Do we have to post it or take it there ourselves? If we have to post it then I can't find the address for that. And what documents i need to post with the passport?

If you are in Pakistan . Print the letter and go to gerry along the passport Nd just submit it .u will get back ur stamped passport with in 4 to 5 days. You have to pay a fee for gerry only .

Congratulations, you have to go to VFS, print passport request letter i think you have to pay 5000 fees. If you are in karachi it is in Clifton.

Finally the biometric of my mother has been updated to complete. I sent two webform to Abudhabhi VO and yesterday I sent a webform to Islamabad office.
Now waiting for decision.
