Any visa approval in the course of Visual Effects or 3d animation especially at Bow valley college or Langara College

Hey there,
I am Garvit
A prospective student at Bow Valley College, Calgary in Advanced Visual effects Diploma 2 years program
I got a scholarship as well from the college on the basis of the evaluation of my portfolio.
But couldn't make it through the visa process and got a refusal on 16 December 2021

Re-applied for may again, CAIPS/GCMS said Applicant is still a minor at the time of application and tuition not paid in full hence, SDS eligibility not met.

I checked with my lawyer and came to realize that tuition was actually not fully paid as in she only attached 1/2 receipt. Out of 27k only 17 was attached.


RE applied after turning 18 but haven't heard anyone getting a visa for this course

IELTS is OA 7.0 NL- 6.5 and Academics is 89% in 12th and 84 in 10th No gap

Also, an urge to everyone to please trust your immigration representative wisely, I had a really bad time after knowing what she did with me (mail me to know the details)

Any chances of me getting approval, I am actually a genuine student who doesn't intend to stay in Canada after studies because the VFX industry is not that good as compared to India in Canada
