Thanks Omar.Ladies and Gents: It appears things have started to move a little bit which is great. Applied end of July, 2019. Written test was in February, 2020. Decision made on portal around March, 2020. Oath email received 22nd of Sept, 2020. Oath done Sept 28. Citizenship certificate pending ( 2 - 3 weeks roughly to get it via post)
Hope this helps.
Thanks Omar.Edmonta: No i didn't contact IRCC. However, I sent an email a couple of weeks ago by logging into the IRCC webform website below.

I got a reply the next day saying due to covid restrictions, things were moving slow so stay put. That's all really.
If you're decision is made, then you're good to go. It's just a matter of time now. For your wife, if you both applied at the same time, hers should've changed by now comparing it to other cases. Again, don't worry. If immigration Canada has issues with your wife's case, they will contact you. I don't think you need to inquire about your case again and again. I assume you both are already permanent residents so case delay shouldn't affect you in any way. Relax. Immigration is already overwhelmed. I am a Canadian citizen. The application was for my wife. Hope this helps.
Congrats to you. Yep, tell your wife to hang in there. These days, it's best you don't travel anywaysThanks Omar.
I got an oath Invite for myself now on 9th October and as predicted, not for my wife.An oath email came from cic edmonton and I replied & asked why no oath planned for my wife.Very next day, today morning, I got a reply that some security clearance is still required in my wife's case.
As you said ,I m not in hurry and not worrying now as I know sooner or later it's gonna come.
Thanks,
I had done test Feb 14, 2020 and got oath invitation end of Aug for Sep 14, 2020.
