I am also March 2019 Applicant, No oath invite yet.
Would recommend to keep this thread live till we start hearing from anyone from us which might indicate some movement.
Through out my observation in Alberta Province, Edmonton office becomes the slowest in the last few years, Calgary is the fastest one.
We need also to remember that Edmonton in the last two years had got the staff relocated from Vegreville , this office was closed due to well known mistakes and slowing down trends among officers.

I Would like to suggest to All Edmontonian applicants who are still waiting for oaths or who their applications exceeded the processing time, to send an email to the minister of immigration (
Minister@cic.gc.ca) mentioning in the subject (Edmonton immigration office- delays) highlighting the delays, I have sent already my email and got a generic response that the minister will look into it.
having many emails highlighting the same issues will shed the light on the office to indicate why there is a significant delays.( there is already delays even before The Pandemic)
Unfortunately this is how the bureaucracy system works, given that our minister of immigration in this government was changed almost three times, so the changes to the ministry will not be huge since not all issues will be addressed by each minister.
