Any US applicant got PPR since Buffalo closure?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone applying from US got PPR at all from other US offices after Buffalo closed? Or is it all US applicants are held hostage because of the closure of Buffalo office?

I've been wondering this same thing myself. I think there has been 3, but their files were transferred to the VO just before the closure or just shortly after. Someone got PPR & RPRF. But is VO is LA.
And many have recieved too from NY office.
