any update after getting rq in sep / oct 2012

any update from anyone who got RQ during sep / oct 2012? I am trying to cross check, if there is any actual updates on the rq cases, as the current cic processing times stats that, uptil sep 2012, it is taking 35 months for non routine applications.

Me and my husband got RQ in Sep 2012, post test. No update after submitting our RQ. What is your timeline?

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 14, 2011.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 14, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on July 5, 2012.

We sent you a notice on August 21, 2012 to appear and write the citizenship test on September 17, 2012 at 1:00 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

Got RQ on the same day on test, I was told, I was given this as I am IT consultant.

I called CIC after that and they confirmed that I cleared the test and next step is Oath, but no update on the ecas or when I call up the CIC.
