Depends on what you are interested. Better would be you mail the program coordinator of they shall let you know whether they are still accepting or not. I know of 2. Univ of New Brunswick's MBA program deadline is open till June 15. And Technology Innovation Management program at carleton univ is also accepting for fall

Not sure if universities still accept applications for fall intake. But if you are opting for thesis based masters program you still got chance. Even if universities still accept applications, you should consider the timelines. It will take around 3-4 months befor you can fly and by that time classes may have started. So why don't you try for next intake? You ll have enough time to choose the university and your course. Now if you apply you mayhave to compromise on some levels. If you go for thesis masters though I think you can try now provided you find your supervsor quickly.
