The process id fairly easy and the success rate (according to toronto star) is 84% global.

The process id fairly easy and the success rate (according to toronto star) is 84% global.

Not too complicated. I have a dui that was dismissed through a deferred adjudication program, which from what I have read is not grounds for inadmissability. I have all the documents from it and a squeaky clean FBI background check. Also, I have a legal opinion letter from a Canadian immigration lawyer who specializes in inadmissability, the letter explains exactly why I am admissible!

Besides that, nothing out of the ordinary
