Any suggestions on getting a valid job offer(LMIA) from outside canada

Hi, we have recently opened an EE profile. Our score is 426. My husband is the principal candidate. We are from BANGLADESH but currently live in USA. We have been applying to Canadian jobs but no luck so far. Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish a valid job offer?

Kindly focus on improving your CRS score. If the primary applicant has CLB 9 equivalent scores in IELTS, then kindly focus on PNP route to get additional 600 points. Else, retake IELTS and make sure to improve score to atleast CLB 9 scores i.e. L 8, R 7, W 7, S 7
This will help in increasing your existing CRS score and if it goes above 470, then you can receive direct ITA.

Thank you. Doing just the thing. Instead of looking for jobs I'm trying to get my spouse to sit for IELTS and ECA done. I think that will bring us atleast 20 points. We will hopefully have 446 by May
