York offers just two terms, Fall and Winter?
I was looking for this on their website but didn't get the clear idea.

I was shocked when York made me an offer a year later (when I was already in the second term in my Master program) than I applied for. They temporally lost my docs. So guys watch them.

@usman_14pk, in terms of immigration prospects UVic is better.

I am not 100% sure either but from what I have read on their website, the Jan intake is for a handful of programs only. If you are interested in applying then it would be better to get in touch with them :)

Nice share @maximim :)
The problem is, in case of York, my living allowance will safe but at Vic, need to bare it too :(

Did anyone get a response from York University? My application status still shows "No decision yet".
