Any student applied for spouse visa and got approved or rejected plz join

Hi ,

I read in CIC portal tht student can bring thier spouse in TRV n spouse can work full time . Now i also hear that TRV for spouse of a student is hard to get thru !!! is the true ????

I have applied for study permit and husbands open work permit on October 7th. Have you heard that it is difficult for open work permit? I thought they would base the decision on the Students application?
