Any Skilled worker Applicant of 2011 who has been still waiting for nomination as I believe skilled worker cases are already matured to have nomination now , please share time line and reason for delay

on 11th October 2011 they received my application at Singapore visa office, still passing 24 month, waiting for 11th november. what about urs

I am also apply SINP Nov 2011 and get Nomination certificate may 2012 and submitted my case CIC may 2013 with DD CAD$ 550 and still wait.In my knowledge it is total 51 month process time 24 month Saskatchewan taken and remaining 27 month Federal taken you see their website ok.
