Well Babloo.. i saw case who get visa with 4 Band in IELTS in family stream..so dnt worry just pray & sumit before their required time. If u apply under work permit then i cant say anything coz it depends may b they required high band for that job.

So its better to submit instead of sending nothing. Best of Luck. My prayers r with u

Alhamdulillah today i received back my passport with "VISA". Dear all canadavisa.com forum is like my family, i really love it, it gave me hope on my sad days and i got alot of help from it, so i will not leave u ppl. Application Status changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made": September 13, 2011
Step-2 Instruction: September 15, 2011.

is there any body have an experience that they verify the experiece certificate .and if they cant confirm (would they refuse the application)what they will do, plz share your experiences.
and on their visa instruction guide they have mentioned they need experience certifcate with details of pay your were drawing.but i got certificate from previuose employment without pay details.
please share your experience would it be fine or they must will ask for the pay details which apearently i cant do it, because the closure of company.
