I scored in Reading 6, listening 6, speaking 6 & writing 5.5.I'm a Telecommunication Engineer with 10 years experience & working in Bangladesh. Can I apply for any immigration category even provincial NP.

You have to have 6.0 in all bands to be eligible to apply..
