I recently submitted my application.
I know many forum members mentioning RPRF to be optional to pay during the application. However online application process did not ask me if I wanted to pay RPRF now or later, so I ended up paying $2080 CAD for 2 people including RPRF.
Just curious, is RPRF not optional anymore?
