I took mine at Downtown Camera. $22 + HST.

Any photography store/lab or large drugstore chain should have the ability to do your pictures.

You can try at following:
- CAA offices
- Shoppers Drug mart
- Some Costco centers have this service
- UPS locations

Just ensure you have specs verified. I have seen a few applications returned because the photos do not have stamped info at the back of them.
I did mine at CAA and got them free for me and just 12 Bucks for my wife.
