Hi Folks,

I have received an additional PCC document request from CIC on 22nd January 2016. I have got the document issued to me as well now, however when I am trying to upload it, it is asking for issue date where I cannot select the year 2016. The dropdown of the years end at 2015.

What should I do?? Pls help

Technical issue. Report this to the technical team - follow the link below -

See what they reply. If they take too long to reply, mention 31st Dec 2015 as the date and submit the document along with letter explaining your situation. Attach proof that shows that you have submitted this issue to the technical team along with the document and the LOE.

@Asivad, what's your take?
Hi All,

I have raised a technical issue with the team, but have not received any reply till now. What should I do??

Hello folks,

I am at the stage of getting my photo clicked for EE profile. I note that the requirements are -

1) Final frame size - 35mm x 45mm
2) Size of the head, from chin to crown - 31mm x 36mm

Please confirm if this the one that needs to be uploaded to the EE file?

Help please!

I have a question about my spouse's work experience in Express Entry.

I am the main applicant. When I created the profile in EE, I was asked to fill in my wife’s employer name and other employment information.

If I can receive an ITA in the near future, could I be demanded by CIC to provide my wife’s reference letter?

My wife’s work experience cannot give me any helpful CRS points because I already have had enough points to get an ITA.

Thank you so much.

If you enter your wife's work history then yes, you will need to provide reference letters etc. Most people will tell you to omit the work history for her if you don't gain any points for it.

Photos are to be submitted only after ITA.

Use this link to check dimensions -

Your wife's work experience doesn't count unless that experience was gained in Canada. You can remove it from her work history section and retain it only in the personal history section of your post ITA questionnaire.

Hello Seniors,

I have received PT notification of interest from Ontario. As I was preparing documents, I came to notice that I made an error while creating profile where I mentioned my functional title of job instead of my corporate title, while I will be getting employment reference letters mentioning my corporate title, is it ok that I update my job title? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,

I understand that all my documents should be translated by certified translator.

Well.. my reference letter are written in english because I asked my employers to do so.
In this case what should I do?
Should I just send them like this? I mean they cannot be translated from english to english :)

Is this a problem?

I have been working in the same company since 2011. Although, my roles and responsibilities have remained same, supervisors changed in between and I was promoted twice. Do I need to get reference letter from each of my supervisors, or the one from my current supervisor would work?? Also, I will be able to furnish a separate letter from HR department stating my appointment date, current designation and salary.

You can get a letter from your current supervisor alone.
