Not sure if he fits in that NOC. But since he’s a veterinary graduate who has work experience in veterinary research, i cant think of any other NOC.

Do you think it’s a good idea to explain how he fits the NOC, in the LOE?

He doesn't have to do all the duties, as long as his duties match the lead statement and substantial number of main duties, he is good to go.

Thanks. At the bottom of 3114 Veterinarians page, it says duties of veterinarians in research field can be similar to those of biologists.
