Hello Harman, I am also from India and done Bachelors in Pharmacy from India but I didn’t register my degree in India or I haven’t applied for a license and now I am in New Zealand and my work experience is in entirely different stream more of an accounting and taxation.
My question to you is when you assess your Pharmacy degree from PEBC do they require your Indian Pharmacy license as well or they just evaluate your degree on the basis of education. And what did you select Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree. As i want to max out my CRS score.
Your help is highly appreciated.
Thank you
You have 2 scenarios here.
First one, that I personally preferred for you. Go through WES , they dont need the licence to asses your degree. And if you study in NZ add that study too. It wont charge you extra and you will get the same point as professional degree. However with only pharmacy ,you will only get it as normal degree equivalence not professional.
2nd option.
Very lengthy. If you go through through PEBC you need lots of documents. If you have not registered in india, you have to make an affidavit mentioning that you don't have registered in india after study.
PEBC takes 3-4 months to complete evaluation . WES only 1 month.
And last , I am not sure, you cannot call yo ask CIC, but if you don't have experience as pharmacist , I would not recommend to show your degree as professional.
I hope it will help u
