Any Pakistani Applicants who got their visa?

I applied for student visa online from Lahore, Pakistan on 24th June
on 26th June i got my bio-metrics done
on 27th July i got called for medical
got medical done on 1st August
status about medical was updated on 4th August
on 7th september i was asked for my passport

Now the problem i have is that I sent my passport on 7th September via TCS to Canadian high commission in Islamabad. The problem i had was that the website which told me where to send my passport said that i need to pay for an all round trip for the passport to go the Canadian embassy and come back to me and include the bill in the envelope, when i told this to the guy at the counter at TCS he said that is old and now we just put in an envelope with the return address on it and when i insisted to pay for the all round trip he said that it is not possible and the embassy will send it back itself. I am still not sure if what he said was correct and want to know if i have to somehow pay for it now or go and collect it myself please guide me what to do
