Hello guys, can anyone tell me any options for me to get PR. Since the CEC removed food supervisors on the category I'm now worried because CIC still didn't change the memorandum for the 4 years stay here in Canada and i'm on my 3rd year now, my employer doesn't even support AINP.
Thank you, your response is highly appreciated.

get married for cash ,this is canada, getting here is the hardest part , although you can always find away to stay back , very rarely you will find people going back for sure, it might sound unethical though , as long as you can play safely within the system , or apply for job as manager in restaurant , it will all depend on your resume and its noc A , you will need high score in english , it wont be easy , but your options are less. since awec and cec are out for now for food service supervisors or just go back to school change your trade qualify in another field under the eligibility list .good luck ,,new rules suck

1) "Starting April 1, 2011, many temporary foreign workers will be subject to a four-year ‘cumulative duration’ limit on the length of time they may work in Canada.

This regulation is not retroactive – The clock starts ticking on April 1, 2011, for all TFWs, regardless of how long they have already been in Canada.

The earliest date that a foreign worker could reach the four-year cumulative duration limit is April 1, 2015."

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2011/2011-03-24.asp

2) Federal Skilled Worker program (Arranged Employment Stream) and the PNP. Both require limited support from your employer. If you can't get that from your employer, find a new one...

Hi,
You can apply under federal skilled worker. But you have to have 2yrs experience as food supervisor and have an ielts score of 7.

:)

Given the smiley face, not sure if that was a joke, but don't believe it : ) It's one year of experience and and CLB 7 (not IELTS scores of 7), among other requirements.

Yep so there you go, FSW is the answer.

You'll have to get a higher grade in IELTS or CELPIP.

But hey nothing good ever comes easy eh,

You know CIC can do what the hell they like!, they've proven that from dropping your NOC from CEC.

Look at it as a good thing!, that at least you can apply FSW.

Who knows, they could drop it from FSW too!,
I'd get your skates on !!

Given that they HAVE dropped it from CEC because they already have more than enough applications, why would they allow it under FSW, (except for arranged employment)?

it's a smiley face, not a joker face. And I know, stuff like this are meant to be taken seriously, so definitely im not joking! I didn't say that every body have to believe me, we have the website to check for accuracy of information and that we have to check every now and then coz rules change without our knowing.

Erm, if people don't have to believe you then what's the point in posting? People come here for advice - please don't post inaccurate information as it doesn't help anyone and could cause damage to people's decisions

If your employer doesn't agree with an arranged employer, will you still be able to qualify for FSW? Does your work experience back home counted?
Thanks

Friend

You lazy guy LoL

Click on the CIC link a couple of posts above.

It lists out 'everything'

All requirements

The job offer from the employer is a must.

It's only one additional letter from your employer

So one would be your reference letter stating the time you have been there and the second would be the boss just stating he gives you a job offer there on permanent basis.

So only one additional letter, what's the big deal eh, if your getting one done any way a second isn't a problem

If you are a food service supervisor then you need arranged employment to qualify for FSW. Without arranged employment you don't qualify for FSW.
