agree with MS...and u should not try to avoid unless ur profile is too strong.....visa rejection chances may increase as it seems u cannot prove ur financial status adequately....

Just show the bankstatement and tell from where you got the money .,.. solid proof .e.g sold property, assessts etc

Yeah you can. For this you can show some property sale deed. If u have funds available , just deposit them a day after you make your sale deed. Contact any property agent,it would be on Stamp Paper of around 1000PKR, Property dealer will help you and in last get it notarized from Court (Notary Public).

What if they verify? go for a good property dealer and they do sell houses on daily basis, he will manage it and i think if it is on Court paper , it is authentic. Also consult with others. I think there is no issue. better you ask others.
