Any opinions...still waiting for the decision from one month...

Hello friends,
I have applied for the visit visa from Dubai. The CIC is showing a processing time of 24 Days from UAE.
I have applied online early on December 16, 2016 in order to attend Easter in April 2017. My sister is in Toronto.
Now Its been more than one month I didn't received any online notification from CIC, I am daily checking my application status.
What does this indicates?
I am a student in Dubai.

Hello, we had a paper application at VFS Dubai on 28DEC, we did not hear anything yet as well. Believe they had so much pending. What is your nationality? Seems like background checks takes so much time. Appreciate if you give us updates once you hear from them. Thanks.

Hi there i am from canada i had applied for super visa for my dad he is working in dubai so i applied online from here on Jan 7 2017 but i didn't hear anything from them, its only shows open in my Gc account....please update me if u hear anything

Hi, same situation here i have applied TRV from Pakistan on 16th Dec and bio metric on 20th dec but no update still open and waiting...
