Any open PNP for Canada with having 400+ crs?

Hi alll,

My CRS points are 406 and recently I've created my EE profile. However, I came to know that Ontario has stopped sending PT Notification since Feb. So, I want to know any other available options for me. I mean any other province where I can apply. I would also like to mention, I do not have any close relatives in Canada.

Please guys give me some information.
