Is it important to pay tuition fee in advance before getting visa? Did u try to contact with the college and convince them for time extension for payment?
In our country the Canada Visa Office wrote on their checklist "It is normally advisable to wait until you receive the letter of authorisation to study in Canada from the Embassy before paying tuition fees and finalising travel plans."
