Hi friends,
I send my application for FSW1 on 3 Nov 2009 and received by NS on 13 Nov 2009 (received by LEO BURN).
I am very much worried     that I did not get any email or mail for further porcessing or rejection.
anyone in this forum who sent doc to NS in Nov 2009 but till now did not get any response from NS please share.
I add the id FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca at my contact list.
does the NS office send the email form the above ID whether it is reject or accept for further process?

your share will help me a lot.
Thank you for kind sharing.
any suggestion is highly appreciated

HI,

Please check if your application processing fee (money order) has been cashed. Also, check in your spam folder for any email from CIO.

My application was in Oct. and I got an AOR in dec.

If your money order's been cashed out, then you need to contact your local CHC first to see if they can help you. if they cant, then CIO. Local CHC can be contacted via an email while CIO can only be contacted by post. send an email explaining whole thing including name of the person who picked your package, and that your money order has been cashed out.

Let's wait for seniors suggestions.
good luck!

I put my CC number not a draft. I did not found any encashed through my CC.
Most impotant if NS reject does my application return back?

Note that, a couple of days ago, I again sent them a letter requesting them to inform me through EMS which is received by NS on 29 March 2010.

Senior please help me in this regards

HI,

I do not think your application will be sent you if it is rejected. It is just an application right.

If your CC is not charged yet, that may be due to your application has been rejected, (considering period of time given) or still to be processed. (which is most unlikely by now).

You would be probably get a reply for inquiry soon. Why don't you email local CHC to find out.
Let's wait for seniors comments.

HI,

I think they will inform you by an email with the reason for rejection ( if it was rejected.) We can not say for sure that your application was rejected just because it is being delayed.

Let's hope for the best!

Good luck

Thank you Ice Cube.
I have a question:
In IMM 5620 form at the last it is written
For official use only Authorization number
What is the authorization number?
While I applied I have not written anything with the assumption that this section is for CIC official only. Also this section is not fillable.
All of you know that since Nov I did not get any reply from CIC.

your suggestion is higly appreciated.

HI Fresher 1,

You were right about that section. it is for CIC official use only. I have no a clue of what an Authorization number is in that section. Probably, that could be some kind of an authorization number made by CIC immigration officer on your application.

I do not think that has anything do with your application being delayed in processing.

The best thing is just check with your local visa office by calling them.

Good Luck
