I am starting the process to sponsor my wife from Colombia. What is wrong with your application? I saw Colombia had it since last year...

welll the thing was good, we mailed out the application in august of 2009 and i was approved to sponsor him then they sent the papers to the colombian office, we were asked to send some papers back which we did and after that we havent heard anything from them, since october 2009 i have not received an answer and i wanted to know if that was normal.....i am waiting with my husband in colombia so we could travel together but i dont know if something is wrong or not....
