hi, I have a question, my spouse just received a letter asking for an interview at the embassy of colombia, does this means that he could still get it approved or not? we are really nervous because all of this process has taken so long, what kind of papers do they ask for in the interview does...

so pretty much it does not matter if I go back in 2012 eventhough my pr expires in 2013? and then live there for 2 years....or do i have to go before my pr expires to live the 2 years out of the 5?

ohhh ok thanks for the information, actually when we sent out the application I received a letter saying he was approved for sponsorship then they started processing it in bogota, colombia but we have not heard anything anymore and I call the visa office and they say they cant give me any...

welll the thing was good, we mailed out the application in august of 2009 and i was approved to sponsor him then they sent the papers to the colombian office, we were asked to send some papers back which we did and after that we havent heard anything from them, since october 2009 i have not...
