Any one recieved 2nd AOR from London CHC

Hi guys
Some thing strange is going on people who sent their documents in December 2010 are getting status changed, what is going on while those like me and saki we sent our documents in September 2010 , we have not recieved any update. Would some one plz shade a light on it. What the hell is CHC london up to. Should not we send the query or still wait.

Hi Riz,

Dont worry what i assume from this is that they have already checked our documents like sep applicants and we are eligible for further processing, if you notice they are replying to those who does not meet the 67 points criteria and as a result straightforward rejection and we have seen applicants getting rejectiong who submitted docs after us.

So what i take from all this is that our status does not reflect the actual progress of our application but they have checked our documents and sending rejections to those who does not meet the points criteris.

I understand your point but the thing winding me up is, why are they keeping us on hold they should let us know atleast 2nd AOR, this procedure does not seems to be straight forward as Canada always claim.

Hi guys!

I think there is some error in ecas status. My full docs were received by london office on 9 dec 2010. I haven't received 2nd AOR yet. I just checked the ecas status and its saying in process and the following information is vailable.

"We received your application for permanent residence on May 13, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review."

Any comments....

same happening with me also.. I submitted my full documents on 17th Jan 2011 and i am getting the above message..

Do not worry your status is mistake down by them, but you let them know about their super fast processing try, to sort this out, send them an e-mail and let them no about their mistake.

this would be my 4th month in waiting for my 2nd AOR. so two more months for the 24 weeks waiting mode. let us view it the way saki does. let's be positive!!! ( BTW, thanks for saki's positive replies... that CHC replied those who applied before us---- to applicants who have less than 67 points, meaning our documents are being reviewed correctly etc...)

Dear all in our ecase we r getting in process and when we open in process it shows that ur application in pending review our full documnts and application reached CHC London on 20 jan will seniors guide whats that mean

Pending review means, application is still in a queue and waiting for visa officer to check or review means check the completnes of documents and calculate your points etc.

I do not think our documents had been reveied positively yet, as London CHC replied to me and Saki same in a response of query regarding the current status of our application and that is, your documents are placed in file and waiting in a queue to be reviewed by VO. So the possible chances are VO has not touch our documents yet, but surprisingly one of our Forum member is I am right named(mis), London chc recieved her documents on 21-Sep-2010 on a same day they recieved my documents, and almost after 6 days since they recieved saki documents on 15-Sep-2010, she got her second AOR in January , I am wondering what's going on but it seems to be they may be working per NOC number rather then the dates.

Weired enough I just check my ecas and address details are shown again but status is still wrong decission made, I think they start working on the problem and we may see all of your statuses will be shown correctly in few days.
