I'm Canadian. The only thing you can do is apply for an express visa. They will do the work on getting you a job and it won't take more then 6 months. I've been trying since 2010 to get my husband here from Nigeria and I've had no luck what so ever. Get the IELTS completed immediately to qualify. Have your resume doctored up professionally by a Canadian writer because I've seen your resumes are very different then here. This visa is easy to apply for so get the paper out and start and as you have questions put them here for help. I hope I've helped.
