You can get it from any registered property dealer or developers. One should look for in his area. However, FBR and DC also has property evaluation rates every year. FBR’s can be found on FBR website and DC rates maybe obtained from DC office or Patwari.
some ppl also get it evaluated from patwari. He write the rate on FARD and cousnter sign it
