It's a shared basement most probably and the owner is a Russian guy (as far as I know). Well the finding was completely random. My neighbor some how met the guy who stays there and fixed the room. I am going to pay 350cad including everything.
Did you try kijiji? They got many many opening and you can contact with the owner to make a booking.

ya i have been trying kijiji for the past few days but all of them are very expensive.. min 400 without utilities.. but lets see man.. can u give me the number of this owner if he has any other room.. that would be nice.. but charleswood is way too near man.. i would love to have a place here man.. your help wud highly be appreciated...

Bro really sorry but even I don't have any contact with the owner or even the people I will be sharing with. Since getting an accommodation is relatively hard and I got this offer for such a cheap price, it just blindly took it. Only after reaching there inshaAllah will I be able to give details about that home. Really sorry bro
