I sincerely advice you to think about doing GMAT in good score and then apply for any Canadian university.
Since you do not have 16 YRS schooling getting in any university program is difficult so at this stage GMAT can support you.
I suggest you to stop looking for shortcuts Instead of wasting your time in some useless college program try to build your profile and then apply in any university.

Guys thank you for your concern.....but i dont want to take any more time for Gmat and GRE...... I really would like to try my luck for Post Grad diploma......If you can suggest me some other colleges for business diploma in saskatcheun....i will really appreciate...
As the requirement for Post grad diploma is also 16 years of education so i believe there will be few people who get visas for these post grads.......one can always go for specialisation in their own fields...It doesn't say anywhere that After masters we cannot do specialisatiion diploma..people do this every where..also i will be writeing a strong SOP to make my case strong.....

: I think you already know this better then anyone that gaining some qualification from some foreign country isn't enough, one should select a qualification which will give some advantage in the long run.
You hold a masters degree from some UK university and it must've cost you a fortune, I knew because lots of my friends did the same thing, invested huge amounts on these UK degrees by doing labor jobs to pay their costs.
And at the end of the days they are back in pakistan, and now they are struggling from squire one.
So my friend didn't you learn your lesson by now, what good does it do if you just pile up certificates over certificates.
The right way is to gain some valuable qualification that can support you in the long run.

What I understood that you hold a Master degree and now aspiring for a Post Graduate Diploma in Business.
I am sorry to say but I think going for a PG Diploma in Business may be risky ! It's ofcourse not a specialist qualification (as u said) and not compatible with your Master Degree.
Anyway, have a look at;
John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. They are running one PG Diploma in Business Administration.
