Please confirm as I have come to know. If there is no compulsion, I will definitely go for it
I mean is it your personal opinion or you have any precedent?
Very sure dude. You need to find a supervisor Only for MASc programs.. just browse through the university websites if you still have any doubts. It's clearly mentioned there

Actually, there are more MEng applicant than MASc almost for every course.

Hey i've been trying for the landline only for the past one week but the call goes to a voice mail. I submitted all the documents on jan 2. how 'bout you? And All the best dude!

Yes, After studies you can move to other province for PR.
But why don't you save your time by Studying in the province where you will move for PR.

And to be honest ranking of Dalhousie is moreover same as Univ of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
No work experience needed if you graduate with masters in Manitoba.
And if graduate from saskatchewan , work only for 6 months[any job] for PR.

Good Luck.

Thanks Veer Ji

In addition to the admission requirements given below for each graduate degree program, students cannot be admitted to any graduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering unless a faculty member agrees to supervise their program. Applications received by the department are circulated to faculty members in the applicant's identified research areas of interest. Students are also encouraged to visit our department website before applying for detailed information on faculty in our department and their research interests, and to contact faculty who they may be interested in working with.
Plz visit and help me if I am perceiving it wrong.

Sorry dude I thought you were asking about dalhousie. I too read the Usask degree requirements, guess you must find someone to supervise you(news to me).

I have received an offer from DAL for MACS of 1 year. But as they have removed that PNP thing.... I dont know what to do. May be I would go with Concordia. French is an issue in there but I love to learn new languages.... so it wont be a pain.

I wud appreciate any suggestions from your side ??

Dont worry too much about French. Quebec people are bilingual. They know both English and French. Just like we have regional language + English in India. ;)

Yes I've got the reply to my query from U of Sask, "The requirement of having a supervisor applies to all of our graduate programs, including the MEng program."
