Hi, I’ve sent my passport to Accra Ghana( Canadian High Commission) on 25th of August 2017, the time I sent it my Ecas status was “ in process”, later in January they have changed to “Decision made”. Now it’s over 6 months my passport is with them, I sent them email, but not reply yet. They requested for the passport , PCC, and medical together in August 2017, all of them I’ve sent through DHL courier, it delivered on 26 th August 2017.
If someone can assist me by same experience or advices, highly appreciated

Hello lidiya...
Just send them a case specific mail ( Mail id will your respective VO office ) with DHL courier delivered copy or mail in attachment and ask the status of your case.
