Good to see a thread for Chennai !!! . I am applying directly without consultants. Completed IELTS last year overall 7.5 . Currently in the process of gathering all the documents for WES.

I have I.T Work Experience of 7+ years, so far worked in 3 companies.I know that we need to send Previous Companies Reference letter mentioning with roles and responsibilities on the lines of respective NOC along with Application package.Just want to check the alternative If previous companies are not willing to provide reference letter. Please advise.

Even I am in the same boat, I have around 9 yrs of experience, but I am thinking of showing 5 yrs of experience (for which I can get the reference letter). will that be a problem? As the requirement check list says
"Letter of referrence from all your employees for the past 10 years"
Any suggestions?

Most of us have the same issue, HR will not give such letter. Please consider the affidavit as alternative for roles and responsibilities

if you are claiming points for only 5 years of experience, then its fine. but you will get 13 points for experience. if your self calculated points is more than or equal to 67, including that 13 points, then you are good to go


Experience Maximum 15 points
1 year 9
2-3 years 11
4-5 years 13
6 or more years 15

also facing problem in my birth certificate.. (I don't have birth certificate)...

Do you know any Notary public, or do you have any affidavit template for these...
