congrates for all forum member (harry)who got visa already,nearly 1 year i read all forum members ques & ans about vo,today i join this forum,i am new in this forum,i have question about interview,i applied FSW as a cook on june 2011 sydney vo, i got letter last month from vo about interview will be there, but it not mention date,time & address of interview held.how much time it will take to get confirm interview letter?why vo call for interview?please help me.

Thanks a lot for the wishes ;D. Best way to know why interview has been called is to order GCMS notes. You will know the exact cause of the interview. There is another applicant from Sydney waiting for the interview date, you can contact her to get better update about the waiting period.

My ecas is now showing decision made and address is Canadian now. Drop in a message if you would like to discuss anything about your case.

Congrats to all who got the visa. My interview was waived by VO-Sydney, Aussie. Just prepare yourself for the interview, I guess it's a casual question the VO will ask not like when you're in a job interview. As long as you know every details about your personal history and work, then nothing to worry about.

@ princess, yes, dear my address still missing since 27th jan... I got a letter from vo in December that there would be a interview but
Not a single date....
I requested for GCMS , one I received after 45 days other one still haven't received any when I ask for d status, they said CIC HAS lost the request of CAIPS, which I requested ..
The first CAIPS my interview due date was jan. 21, which is already gone, my medical due date is 23march, let's c if anything will happen....
I really dont scare of interview but upset with the time they r taking they just damn slow....

I need to ask u about my case processing as to how I am proceeding with ma file since ur r from Australia as well with same vo..it's showing in process right now with a line stating that we received ur file on this date.I got PER on 15/02/2012 and got another email from CIC with almost same info on 8/03/2012 but with Sydney Australia visa office address at bottom of email?when and what do we get in second AOR.kindly share ur experience ...thanks

Congrats on getting over the first hurdle. The email you got from the VO is your 2AOR (acknowledgement of receipt). Vo will send you a letter in case any missing document is required. Please do expect your case to be finalised at sydney vo in next 6 to 8 months. Please feel free to contact if further inforfation is required.
