Dear Kunwar,

GCMS notes are easy to get. Only cost $5 in case you have a relative in Canada. In case you dont have someone in Canada, you can order GCMS through many sites on the internet. I know one www. Caipsnotes. Com. There are some threads in the forum to help you to get the GCMS notes.

. Thanks frn , kanamen is ordering caips for me.thnks.

Kunwar,

90% of you case depends on positive verification of your experience and education paperwork.

You must work at lightening speed now.

Get in touch with a lawyer who specializes in dealing with rejections and Refusals etc...

Perhaps, get an affidavit made from here in OZ and one from your employer from his country and put facts like he mistook you for someone else, confusion etc.. (check with your lawyer)

The idea is to clarify to the VO that the info provided by your ex-employer was a mistake and that you don'w work there anymore.

If you are lucky , VO will consider it and offer you another chance by scheduling an Interview, so You must get CIPS and prepare yourself.

Don't loose heart. Have faith and give it your 100%

All the best

Kunwar,

I , unfortunately, don't know any lawyers.

Perhaps search on yellow pages in your area.

If i were you, i would wait for the VO to communicate with you first.

In the mean time, just order CAIPS and see if you can get an expert opinion.

All the best
