Hey weteyes... yeah this tuesday my address was updated.. how about yours?? but when i asked them to update my address i also inquired about the status of my case and thats when they told me they r wiating for my police certificates and sent me a request. I emailed them twice saying that i didnt get any request from you guys and i had submitted my police certificates with my full application already.. they never replied to my emails.. so i have no idea if my application is stil on hold or have they started processing it... its so freaking frustrating.. they dont tell anything....

Hi Sanny, nope it's not been updated till now! I send them email notification about change of address and also went to the CHC office to change the address, when I enquire there about my application they replied me that once your application is opened by case officer they will contact me. No idea when they will open my application.

Dear Seniors,

I need your urgent advice.

I’m living in Melbourne from 4 years and have gained experience as COOK full time and applied for Canada Federal Skilled Visa in Feb 2011 and currently my file status is “RBVO”. My visa office is Sydney, Australia.

Currently I’m on student visa and want to cancel my course and want to go back India or Singapore for job search along with my husband because as per the visa rule he can’t able to find job in Australia in his area of interest. So, if I cancel my studies then definitely my visa will cancel and I have to leave Australia within 30 days.

What will happen if I took this decision to leave Australia –

Q. Will my file remain in process in Australia because its already came here?

Q. Or because I am citizen of India it will then send to New Delhi, India for processing?

Q. Or if I’m move to Singapore then Sydney, Australia visa office transfer my case to Singapore, Visa Office?

I know that when I made this decision I have to inform VO!! But now sure what will happen next?? During transfer of file will I loose precious time and my file go last in queue in other VO??

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee guide!! :'(

Congrats....... as you are MI-2 (post june) the rest of your processing (MR... PPR) won't take that much time as like MI-1 (Pre June)... So you might think of staying a few more months before to receive the maple leaf in hand.... All the best

Hopefully in late July. Initially in Toronto but later (not sure yet though!) depends on scope of job and other factors....

It is a normal request in my opinion. I sent a copy of my australian visa with all the documents so they could know that I was lawfully here in Australia.

Thanks Sukh420, are you serious that i can get the medical request in 15 days wow!! ;D

Actually on 20 June 2011, i have just despatched my pending documents through DHL. But i want that my documents should recieve the VO before they send me the pending document / final document request, it will waste my time....lets hope it should reached to them on time and they straight send me medicals.....no more pause....

I wish for you too and other mates in in this forum that your case will also finalize soon and we reach our dream country.....
